To prevent damage caused by groups or individuals who pursue economic gain through the use of violence, force, or fraudulent methods (antisocial forces), PaMeLa Inc. (the “Company”) sets out its Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces as below.

1. The Company will not engage in any kind of relationship with anti-social forces.
2. In order to prevent damage caused by antisocial forces, the Company will cooperate with the police, the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, lawyers, and other external organizations, and will take appropriate measures as an institution.
3. The Company will not agree to any unjustifiable requests from anti-social forces. In addition, we will take legal action against them with a firm stance.
4. The Company will never make backdoor deals with or provide funds to anti-social forces.
5. The Company will seek to secure the safety of officers and employees that must deal with anti-social forces.
